CONSULTING – a consultant is an expert who is called on for professional or technical advice or opinions. They are relied on to understand the problem and present solutions. Consulting is unlike coaching because with pure coaching, the answers come from the client.
 
 
This consultation/ coaching includes time with Gloria to set out and agree goals, actions and targets for a set period.
 It moves you efficiently from your starting point, to focus on your barriers then onto success strategies and actions to achieve your end goal.
You will receive a personal action plan to start immediately and ongoing support to complete it.
The initial coaching can be face to face, telephone or skype to suit your needs.
